Shipment processing time
Under normal conditions all orders are processed within 3 to 6 business days not including holidays. This does not account for any abnormal events like pandemic or natural disasters that may cause shipping and supply issues.
Iron Gall Firearms uses USPS and other available shipping companies to ship orders as applicable to that product.
Shipment to APO/FPO or our side the United States addresses
Currently Iron Gall Firearms will not ship to APO/FPO or international orders outside the United States of America.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Customers can contact Iron Gall Firearms to request a tracking number for their order if one was not provided to them already.
Customs, duties, and taxes
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they adhere to all Federal, State, and City laws as it applies taxes and any restrictions on services, products, or merchandise.
Damages
Iron Gall Firearms is NOT responsible for any damage, lose, or theft to any product once it is shipped from its location.
Iron Gall Firearms sells merchandise on the strict condition that all sales are final, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations except when required by law. Furthermore, Iron Gall Firearms acts as the agent for those instructors who are promoting or otherwise providing the service for which you have purchased a seat/ticket. The individual instructor/training company maintains their own official return or cancellation policies.
